Looking Ahead to 2023

A

s we look ahead to 2023, there’s a lot to be excited about at Vita Industrial. 2022 has been an eventful year with several significant accomplishments. From delivering Vita Load Navigators to construction companies, conducting live demos, and seeing our tech used on several job sites throughout the United States and beyond, the future is certainly bright.

The Vita Load Navigator Increases Safety While Lowering Costs

Our Load Navigator units are currently in use and will revolutionize how cranes and construction companies operate. As load stabilization proliferates within these industries, the benefits are becoming obvious. Our collaboration with Mac Safety saw the release of an industry-leading white paper outlining the benefits of load stabilization technology. The study concluded that using these devices on any job site reduces injuries by almost 75%. The same study also concluded that this technology reduces overall accidents by 63.1%. These figures are impossible to ignore.

How does this apply to 2023, you may be asking? The harm reduction and cost savings are becoming apparent now that there’s complex data from Vita Industrial, Mac Safety, and construction companies using the Load Navigator. This data suggests that it’s possible for companies using load stabilization to see a significant reduction in insurance premiums as early as 2023, according to Henderson Brothers Inc., an insurance company with over 125 years of experience. By combining increased safety with a more efficient work environment, companies may be able to avoid costly OSHA inspections and violations moving forward. We expect to see more companies reap the benefits of this innovation.

Vita Looks Ahead to Demonstrations, Trade Shows, and Expos

As our growth continues, we will be conducting a week or two of demonstrations throughout Western Canadian locations in association with Cross Country Canada Supplies and Rental. This will mark our second extension into international territories after shipping several Vita Load Navigators to Japan in 2022. With a spike in interest from Canadian companies, we’re eager to go to Canada and show how the Vita Load Navigator increases safety while also decreasing costs. This is just the beginning of our expansions in 2023, as we’re in the planning phases of several demos in the UK and other parts of Europe as well as the Middle East in the coming year.

2023 will also mark our first appearance at CONEXPO-CON/AGG, North America's largest construction trade show which runs from March 14-18. CONEXPO features over 1,800 exhibitors spanning roughly 2.7 million square feet. This convention in Las Vegas highlights the latest and greatest innovations the construction industry has to offer. After our standout showcase at bauma in October, we expect a similar result at CONEXPO where we will be hosting live demonstrations.

Real-World Deployments of the Vita Load Navigator in 2023

This coming year will also see the Vita Load Navigator deployed more and more within our home state of Colorado. In one case, we will be participating in a one to three-day build with a modular homes manufacturer locally. These operations routinely move large, heavy, prefabricated home “modules” to construct a single home. This type of construction can be extremely time-consuming and dangerous for crews attempting to stabilize the heavy modules. The Vita Load Navigator system reduces the time needed to move the pieces into place while also removing the risks associated with taglines so crew members can focus on other areas of the construction process. We expect to see our Load Navigator deployed on many of these projects across other areas of the country. The cost savings and increased safety for our clients are continuing to drive the demand for devices.

Vita Looks Ahead to an Industrious 2023

These are just some of the early things in 2023 Vita will be participating in. There are numerous other projects that we can’t wait to share with you. As 2023 begins, you can expect to see the Vita Load Navigator deployed on more and more job sites domestically and internationally. Stay tuned as we look forward to releasing more updates with you.
